Energic motoculteur C7 – Project Coce.
Yiphee! a complete C7 with a spare magneto.
I spoke to Nicolas on the phone and by email for over a year. This machine was on the premises when he bought the house a number of years ago. He had partly dismantled it for restoration but found parts a problem and information about these Energic motoculteurs very difficult to find. The magneto had been refurbished by a local specialist, who was familiar with this type of Energic motoculteur. He said that he normally took the magnetos, carburettors, engine and scrapped the rest. Such a shame!
Nicolas told me that this machine had been in the same household since new, worked locally and had not left the area. It was quite rusty but all the parts were present, just not on the machine. Including the fan blades which were intact!
12 hours driving round trip, including loading and she, was home.
Rust is a great colour!
The moteur was complete but needs a deep clean.
Excellent! Now the work begins.
