Tipos de bastidor / diferencias.
All Energic chassis are of heavy durable construction of welded thick steel of 6mm to 20mm in thickness depending on the load and structure area.
The Energic motoculteur G9 chassis was designed before the single platform system of the Energic motoculteur B5, C7 B4L, C7 S Bloque de construcción y más tarde D9 S Bloque. The chassis was a solution to carry just one type of moteur with an OHV moteur – higher in profile. Fue hecho a mano y costoso de construir en pequeñas cantidades con una tirada de producción baja.
De 1931 the chassis changed significantly to the single platform;
The chassis for the Energic motoculteur B1 and B5 differs from that of the early Energic motoculteur C7 B4L’s in that the cradle for the engine is curved to a far greater degree to accommodate the 2 stroke moteurs. These moteurs, por diseño, tended to be circular on their base, que requiere este tipo de diseño de chasis.
The Energic motculteur C7 B4L chassis from 1931/32 differed from that of the later Energic motculteur C7 S Bloc to accommodate the 2 different types of moteurs (both Motobécane). The Energic motculteur C7 4BL had no oil drain plug access hole on the right-hand side (visto desde el frente de la máquina). As oil drainage was through a different point.
También, the front support anchor to the chassis (para los soportes del sistema de ventilación del motor y) on the Energic motoculteur C7 B4L machines were original of 1 hole construction which in 1932 movido a una construcción de doble agujereado. menos de soldadura en el montaje y fácil la sustitución de piezas rotas – el desarrollo del chasis.

The Energic motoculteur G9 didn’t use the basic platform chassis as the Energic motoculteur B5 and early Energic motoculteur C7 B4L’s – which was another reason why they were phased out in 1933. As it is important to minimize the variance in platform chassis, so you can standardize production, enabling higher output, and efficiency in production in the middle the to late 1930s.
Es cierto que la robustez del diseño general del chasis, the strongest materials used and the meticulous hand-finishing has meant that these motoculteurs have survived 80+ years. This over-engineering is a credit to Mr Patissier.
