Gear reduction box looks like it was rust, but thankfully it was clean. Hoewel wat er nog over was van de olie in slib was veranderd.

Unusually the undercoat was green!, not seen that before. Wellicht een fabrieksspecificatie. kleurverandering voor een klant.

The fuel tank had seen better days, but is salvageable with the right fillers, mesh etc and relining with plastic epoxy.

The piston was seized, but eventually worked out with no damage to the bore. Gebruikt een Amerikaans product en taps toelopend hardhout en een hamer – excellent.
